A guarantee does not apply to damage or defects caused by improper operation, handling or transport as well as storage (e.g. damage due to overheating, short circuit, mechanical impact). Furthermore, warranty service is void if the company fails to follow the instructions for use and operating or maintenance instructions

The purchase invoice stating the purchase date and the device type serves as proof of the warranty claim.

The procedure in the event of a warranty claim:
The defective device must be sent to the company with a copy of the purchase invoice and the completed return form in the original packaging or in suitable packaging
